Allium

The ornamental varieties of alliums are a great addition to the garden with their showy flowerheads in shades of blue, purple, white and pink, bringing globes of colour in spring and early summer. They come in a range of plant styles, being from bulb or evergreen perenials and can flower from a height of 15cm to 2m.They are good as a cut flower and the dried flowerheads give a long lasting display.
