Delivery & Returns
The mail order plant season has traditionally run from October to March. Plants would be dormant during this time of the year and foliage would either be reduced or absent, reducing the risk of plant damage and making them easier to post.
As our mail order now runs all year round we may need to cut back some of our plants, particularly from April to October. This reduces the stress on the plant due to evaporation and reduces the transport cost. Cutting back will not harm the plants and will help them establish quicker by promoting new root and shoot growth once planted.

Dahlia 'Creme De Cassis' is an exquisite water lily-shaped variety that produces beautiful light and dark pink petals from midsummer. From above, only see its light pink curled petals - however, from the side, you catch its true beauty with both hues of light pink to maroon petals. A tall variety which makes a good addition to borders and is an excellent cut flower variety.
