What size pots will my plants be supplied in? | Our plants are sold in a range of sizes which is shown in the drop-down feature when viewing a plant. |
Where do you deliver? | We deliver our plants throughout Great Britain. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland., channel islands or overseas. |
What are the delivery costs? | We do not hide the cost by inflating our plant price, preferring to charge a realistic price for packaging and transport. See our delivery cost section for pricing. |
When will I receive my order? | Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will then be dealt with as quickly as possible by our experienced mail-order team. During peak periods it can take up to 10 working days to receive your plants, but this is usually less. When your order has been carefully prepared and boxed and is ready to be collected by our courier - you will receive a dispatch email and you can expect your plants to arrive the following day (for mainland England, Wales & Scottish Lowlands). We use an overnight delivery service to ensure that your plants spend the minimum amount of time in transit. Orders with multiple boxes can be separated in transit, these usually arrive on the next delivery. Please note we only dispatch between Tuesdays to Thursdays as we have found that plants sent on a Friday can sit in a couriers depot which can affect the plant’s health. Mondays are used to collate and pack orders ready for the courier to collect on a Tuesday. Bank holiday weekends can also add longer delays to orders. Please see our Delivery Information page for more details and charges for Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of man, Isle of Wight . |
Why has my plant been cut back? | We have traditionally operated mail orders during the dormant season from October to March whilst there is little growth, just a healthy root system. As we know operate throughout the year larger plants are cut back to stop dehydration and stress to the plant during transport, This has no effect on the plant which will soon regrow into a much stronger health plant. This also helps to reduce the size of packages and reduces the postal cost for you. |
Why are there plants missing from my order? | Occasionally plants will not be sent due to crop failure. This will be noted on your invoice contained within your order and a refund will go back to your original payment method. Refunds will normally take 2-4 working days to process. Should you not have received your refund, please email us through our contact page. |
