Product Description
Bampton' is a bushy perennial, producing short spikes of small purplish pink flowers, with deep purple foliage. Flowering from June to September, this flower is very attractive to the bees. Growing to a height of 60cm, will thrive in full sun with well drained soil.
Delivery & Returns
The mail order plant season has traditionally run from October to March. Plants would be dormant during this time of the year and foliage would either be reduced or absent, reducing the risk of plant damage and making them easier to post.
As our mail order now runs all year round we may need to cut back some of our plants, particularly from April to October. This reduces the stress on the plant due to evaporation and reduces the transport cost. Cutting back will not harm the plants and will help them establish quicker by promoting new root and shoot growth once planted.
